The word sFiha actually means "open" in arabic
This is a very popular item, since it is a version
of the Lahma Ba'jene.
It is basically meat with tomatoes and onions on a
crispy dough. Unlike the lahma ba'jene which is made on a thicker
pizza dough.
Other differences are the sFiha meat is not cooked
and most be baked by the consumer, while on the Lahma Ba'jene the
meat is pre cooked and only the dough must be baked, to finalize
the product before eating.
