We filter our water for impurities, so you always get the best tasting product.
We first start with lean or extra lean meat, which has a minimum of fat, and then we remove up to 95% of all fat and moisture after cooking the meat*, as you would do at home. This provides the absolute best taste and nutrition for you, our customer.
We use no artificial flavorings, preservatives, colors or such non sense. Our recipe has been brought down from generation to generation from the old country. This is how my grandmother cooked for her family, and this is how we serve it to you. As the good book says, "Do unto others as you would like others to do to you."
